Notably, EAC employs a third party service provider to host the Website, to manage server requirements and to provide a secure billing service. Information provided directly to these service providers which is not provided to EAC is not within our custody or control, notwithstanding that they the information may be provided to such third parties through our website.
From time to time, we may engage other third party service providers to assist with the development, management or maintenance of our Website. At times, this may require the disclosure of certain personal information.
